A recent addition to the Sinister Brand family is a DJ AS-IS. He is a brown belt in Judo and a purple belt in Jiu Jitsu, as well as a very popular DJ. DJ AS-IS has been playing parties and rocking the 1’s & 2’s as long as he has been training on the mat. He earned his purple belt under the very talented black belt Dave Camarillo, and has been playing some of the biggest venues in Northern California as the head lining DJ.
His recent claim to fame is a custom sound track for the Sinister Website and My space home page. He has created mixed tapes at the request of some of the best fighters around, and is doing an after party for UFC 73 hosted by Anderson Silva and Nogueira. Hermes Franca is expected to attend as well as other names from the UFC. DJ AS-IS plans with the help of Sinister to become one of the biggest DJ’s in the game. With the World Jiu Jitsu tournament “Mundial’s” approaching this DJ plans to be a name in the grappling game as well. When this DJ isn’t training at AKA (American kickboxing academy) he’s rocking the party so keep your eye’s open and most important your ears tuned in!
