Garron If you don’t know Lyoto Machida, but you consider yourself a MMA fan, fore shame.  Maybe this rings a bell.  Lyoto is the guy that Knocked out Rich Franklin on New Years Eve of 2003 in Japan.  Lyoto has also secured wins over Stephan Bonnar, Michael McDonald, Sam Greco, and BJ Penn.  This Brazilian fighter started training Karate at age 3, Sumo wrestling age 12 , Jiu Jitsu age 15, and moved to both Japan and Thailand to train Wrestling , MMA , and Muay Thai.  Watch UFC 76 Knock Out to see Lyoto Machida face off against pride veteran Kazuhiro Nakamura.

Lyoto Machida will be fighting on the UFC 76 Knockout fight card. While he was in town he stopped by the ware house to spend some time in the cage preparing for his upcoming fight as is tradition with as a Sinister Fighter’s.  Being big on tradition is Lyoto’s bread and butter.

We were lucky enough here at the ware house to meet Lyoto’s father Shotokan Master Yoshizo Machida, and his brother Chinzo a Shotokan vice-champion.  Not only are these guys outstanding praticioners of their style and sport but they are extremely humble and educated.

Lyoto holds a degree in Physical education which he earned in college while maintaining his training regiment and entering competitions.  Lyoto is so humble that after the photo shoot he did with us featuring “HIS” fighter T shirts he removed the shirts and left them in the cage, because he didn’t want to take something he had not been offered.  IT never stops amazing me how humble our fighters can be, and how lucky we are to be able to support them.

The new Lyoto Machida T shirts are featured in Green and Blue.  Like all fighters T shirts that we offer, %50 of the profit goes to the fighter directly.  We focus on our athletes and helping them create residual income before, during, and after their careers in the cage.  This new style mixes the classic style with new contemporary colors, because even fighters gotta have some style.
