Lyoto “The Dragon” Machida remains undefeated, and continues his quest for the Light Heavy weight belt. UFC 76 had a few surprises for fight fans, but no one here at Sinister was surprised when Lyoto put a beating on Nakamura. Real fight fans and people that train understand what kind of clinic Lyoto put on in Anaheim. After the fight we spent our time relaxing at the hotel with Lyoto and his family while Nakamura took a trip to the hospital. Lyoto means Dragon in Japanese, and like a true beast Machida landed hard shot after hard shot on the veteran Japanese fighter Nakamura. His father trained him to be a tough fighter, as well as a respectful warrior. Anyone can learn how to punch but to apply true discipline to your life is what sets you apart from all the rest. Just like Anderson Silva , Lyoto posses the ability to strike at will, and can apply all styles of combat from wrestling, traditional karate, Muay Thai, and Jiu Jitsu.
